You will not make any statement, whether or not on Your Site or another of Your Site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything on this Section. The Surfer’s Journal uses third party software to handle all of the tracking and cost. The Surfer’s Journal is not going to be held accountable for any errors in the software program.
